Join us for a conversation with Dr. Jennifer Sarrett, founder and director of Disruptive Inclusion, a small DEI consultancy. In addition to other topics, Dr. Sarrett has a strong background in disability justice and anti-ableism, which led her to create a proactive, intersectional approach to DEI called Universal Design for Equity. Attendees will learn how to intentionally design organizational culture to create an inclusive and equitable environment.
Dr. Sarrett will be joining us to talk about how Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) has largely been reactive in the past and how her approach encourages us to shift our mindset to create more sustainable, effective strategies for inclusion and belonging. We hope you join the conversation!
